A 7 1/4" gauge riding truck. This truck will carry an adult and a child or 2/3 children. Made from wood and a tough plastic, both axles have different forms of suspension.
The truck was possibly used as a test bed which might explain the different methods of suspension and the different sized wheels. The wheels are made of a tough machineable plastic and both axles run in roller bearings.
It is was it is, a functioning truck in need of couplings and a bit of tlc. The truck runs quite smoothly and would suit a small garden railway. Lily has given it the once over and purred with approval but it still has to go. Try as I might I wont get a 7 1/4" circuit in my garden.
